These sessions are 80-Minute Full-Body Ayurvedic Relaxation Massage. Using warm herbal oils are gently massaged into your body from head to toe using calming, rhythmic strokes. This technique deeply relaxes muscles, reduces tension, and promotes holistic healing.

Face only. This massage focuses on lymphatic drainage using manual technique, guah sha & facial cupping. This will help swelling, puffiness, rejuvenation, more definition & lifting of the face
This is a 40 minute appointment, enjoying the benefits of Infrared therapy + face & neck lymphatic drainage. It provides an immediate lifting effect, reduces swelling, accentuates face shapes and promotes natural skin.
We start with a 10-15 minute brief wellness consultation to understand your physical and emotional state. This is followed by a 75 minute relaxation massage with herbal oil selections align perfectly with your needs.

A perineal massage is stretching the perineal tissue using one’s own fingers. The goal of a perineal massage is to prepare your vaginal tissues for child delivery.
This is a 1 hour Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatment + a 40 minute Infrared Sauna Session to help accentuate the effects of lymphatic drainage.
