Plus HST This sport-oriented massage is designed to optimize athletic performance, accelerate recovery, and address sport-specific musculoskeletal dysfunctions. It integrates a range of advanced therapeutic techniques, which may include cupping therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), dry needling, Functional Integrated Needling (FIN), and electroacupuncture—each tailored to your specific needs. These modalities work to enhance circulation, reduce fascial restrictions, release muscular tension, and support tissue healing. When applied by a trained practitioner, this comprehensive approach can significantly improve mobility, reduce pain, and support both injury prevention and performance maintenance. Note: Some techniques may cause temporary bruising or are not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions. Your therapist will review your health history and customize your treatment plan to ensure safety and effectiveness.
