AjouterKari Rose is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in nervous system regulation. Her treatments integrate craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, somatic release, and therapeutic massage to address the root cause of chronic pain, tension, and stress-related symptoms.
Kari works with clients experiencing headaches, jaw and neck tension, digestive concerns, fatigue, burnout, and trauma-related patterns. Her approach is gentle yet highly effective, helping the body shift from survival mode into regulation and repair.
Each session is individualized, blending hands-on therapy with breath and body awareness to support long-term healing.
In her spare time Kari is a triathlete and the founder and coach of the Cochrane Cares Run Club.
