Treatment may address: Pelvic girdle, low back, hip, or rib pain during pregnancy Preparation for labour and delivery Core and pelvic floor concerns Urinary incontinence, urgency, or frequency Pelvic organ prolapse symptoms Diastasis recti (abdominal separation) Cesarean section or perineal scar recovery Return to exercise, work, and daily activities Pelvic pain or discomfort with intimacy Your assessment will include a detailed discussion of your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Internal pelvic floor assessment is available when appropriate and only with your informed consent.
