**Karl** is a dedicated **Registered Massage Therapist** (**RMT**) committed to helping others feel and move better. He graduated from **Vancouver Career College** in 2024 and became an RMT in 2025, building a solid foundation with over 400 hours of hands-on training. His clinical experience includes working with student-athletes at **SFU**, office professionals at **Metro Towers**, and individuals in complex care at the **Dr. Peter Centre**.
Inspired by his own transformative experience with massage therapy, Karl brings empathy, skill, and professionalism to every session. He tailors treatments to each client’s needs, combining assessment-driven care with techniques like **Swedish massage**, **Deep Tissue**, and **Trigger Point Release** to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, Karl prioritizes movement and mental clarity through weightlifting, walking, and time in nature. His daily 10,000-step goal reflects his belief in the power of consistent self-care. He also values meaningful connections and conversations—key ingredients in a well-rounded, fulfilling life.

In consideration for our practitioners and other clients, we require 24 hour notice/one business day for cancellations. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Same day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged with a 100% fee.
