I was introduced to alternative medicine at a young age, as I faced many health challenges early in life. I quickly grew curious of the magic of Chinese Medicine and loved receiving acupuncture. These positive experiences with kind and compassionate practitioners guided me down the path of pursuing a similar career one day.
I earned both my Massage Therapy diploma and Acupuncture diploma from MacEwan University after 5 years of study. I tend to take a holistic approach and implement a variety of techniques when treating my patients.
My goal is to provide a safe and relaxing space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported during their healing journey.

An initial consult is mandatory for any new acupuncture patient at Yin and Tonic Collective. This provides your practitioner extra time to go through your health history and understand your condition.
0 - 15 years
Cupping treatment includes static and dynamic cupping on the areas that are in need of treatment.
Treatment includes an intake of your health and an analysis of your skin concerns and goals. The treatment includes Acupuncture on the face and body, gua sha, and massage to increase circulation, collagen production and cell turnover.
This is for a reassessment of a herbal formula already prescribed. Acupuncture is not included in this treatment, therefore it is not billable under insurance policies.
