**PLEASE NOTE: Karly works at both the Perfornace Center and at our Cleveland clinic**
Advanced expertise in functional rehab and manual therapy with a passion for creating individualized specialty programs. The programs I love to engineer incorporate appropriate exercises and recovery plans based on the person’s sport, work, and family lifestyle. I find deep gratification in solving challenging issues for advanced athletes and have been fortunate enough to work with National Team Athletes, competing in the International sports arena, for nearly a decade.
Over the years I’ve worked with various teams in Australia, England, and most recently Northern Ireland. The professional athletes and teams that I’ve worked with include the Irish National Swim team, the Irish National Men's Field Hockey team, and the Irish National Rowing Team, all posing strong performance results with treatment. While my career has lead me to explore some pretty incredible parts of the world, I’m grateful to be returning home to my native BC to reunite my family, and to raise my 3 kids near their grandparents.
