By applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques, reflexology reduces tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural functioning of the related areas of the body, helps to achieve homeostasis and encourages the overall natural healing process.
**Karamjit (Karma)** is a **Certified Reflexologist** and **Registered practitioner with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and Reflexology= Association of British Columbia (RABC)**.
Karma studied reflexology from Helga Peterson at HCP Reflexology Institute in 2016, emphasizing the clinical aspect of reflexology. He is certified in Clinical Reflexology, Classical Reflexology, Dian Chan facial reflexology and Nerve reflexology.
Karma is dedicated to help his clients on their wellness journey and continues to learn holistic modalities to further customize his clients Reflexology treatment sessions.
