I am a Registered Massage Therapist licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. I have several years of clinical experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of conditions.
I take a patient centred approach to care with a focus on relieving pain improving mobility and supporting overall well being. My experience includes treating muscle tension related to stress chronic pain syndromes arthritic and rheumatic conditions headaches and migraines and providing care for prenatal and postpartum individuals. I also enjoy working with children youth and adult athletes and have had the opportunity to work with Team Canada Cycling and Para Swimming athletes.
Outside of the clinic you will usually find me hiking, practicing yoga or pilates, traveling or spending time with family, friends and my goddaughter. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your health and wellness goals in a way that feels both effective and empowering.
