Kassandra completed her Degree in Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2021. She graduated from the Advanced Athletic Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2009, after completing a degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta in 2008. In 2010 Kassandra received her Athletic Therapist Certification (CAT (c)), and since then has worked in various job settings.
Her areas of focus are on Deep Tissue/ Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release (STR), and Contemporary Cupping. She believes that the body should move with ease and be pain free. She aims to use all of her training and skills to offer a well-rounded service.
Through her Athletic Therapy she has worked with sports teams, primarily football, soccer, and rugby working towards aiding athletes with acute injury care and recovery for return to play. She was also engaged in a gym and fitness studio setting, working as a fitness coach where she helped develop programs for individuals to enhance strength and mobility.

Enjoy a 60min treatment plan to address the head, neck and arms. Through the use of traditional massage therapy, I incorporate "beautiful massage mediums," warmed towels with Swedish and therapeutic techniques. Benefits of this treatment include: -Increased blood flow to the face -Release of tense fascia and muscles -Encourage lymphatic drainage from the face -Dimish the appearance of wrinkles -Give the appearance of lift to the face and neck We will explore tension through the neck, around the eyes and in the arms with massage and hydrotherapy. This treatment is the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic!
