Kassandra Tournier – Osteopath D.O.
I was born at the crossroads of two vibrant cultures: the French Caribbean island of Martinique, my homeland, full of life and color, and Lyon, France, where I grew up, studied, and developed a taste for fine wine, traditional dishes like quenelle… and osteopathy.
Graduating in 2017, I have practiced in various settings — private clinics, home visits, and as a teaching assistant at a prestigious osteopathy school in France. My journey has always been enriched by my years of dance practice and my passion for travel, which have deeply shaped my understanding of the body and movement.
Having personally experienced an inflammatory illness, I bring a special sensitivity to patients facing similar challenges. I approach these conditions with empathy, precision, and a holistic perspective.
In treatment, I work extensively with cranial and visceral techniques, alongside more dynamic articular approaches. Patients often describe my hands as strong yet comforting — powerful, grounded, and deeply releasing.
A true globetrotter at heart, I regularly return to Martinique and the Caribbean, places that nourish my roots and inspire my practice.
I speak French, intermediate Spanish, and functional English, which I am continuously improving here in Canada to better serve a diverse international clientele.
Today, my mission is to support each individual on their journey toward lasting wellbeing, trusting in the intelligence of the body and the strength of the therapeutic relationship.
