I have a strong passion for modalities such as DBT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques.
I work closely with those struggling with a vast variety of mental health illnesses, as well as the day to day stressors such as work or relationships.
When I'm not working you can find me snuggled up with my two pups and a good book!
