Kassidy graduated from Dalhousie University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and completed her Master of Physiotherapy in 2025. She began her physiotherapy career in inpatient care and is now pleased to transition back into a private practice setting.
Kassidy is passionate about helping individuals recover, regain their independence, and achieve their personal goals. She believes that effective rehabilitation should be tailored to each person’s unique lifestyle and needs. By designing individualized treatment plans, she focuses not only on injury recovery but also on improving overall function—whether that involves returning to daily activities, participating in sports, or moving with greater ease and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Kassidy remains active by coaching gymnastics and playing recreational volleyball. These experiences continue to inform her dynamic and supportive approach to physiotherapy, enabling her to build strong connections with clients and motivate them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
