Kat Terragni

Kat is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. She brings a grounded, attentive presence to her practice and aims to create a space where patients feel supported, heard, and comfortable throughout their care. Kat is passionate about working with people who are experiencing muscular pain, tension, or specific physical concerns. She enjoys collaborating with patients to better understand what their bodies are experiencing and tailoring treatments that help improve function, reduce discomfort, and support overall wellbeing. She has experience supporting people living with chronic pain, managing mental health challenges, and navigating degenerative joint or bone conditions. Kat adapts each treatment to meet her patients where they’re at that day, drawing on techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, myofascial release, and hydrotherapy to address individual treatment goals. Having grown up on Vancouver Island, Kat feels at home surrounded by the mountains, ocean, and forests. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time mountain biking, hiking, reading, and exploring creative outlets.
