Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and psychology in 2004, and a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Dalhousie University. She began her post-graduate pelvic floor physiotherapy training in 2011 and has been treating patients with pelvic floor concerns since this time. Kate has also taken training for the treatment of breastfeeding-related concerns.

Assessment of the breast and/or breastfeeding for treatment of breast pain, inflammation, or suspected blocked ducts. Select this appointment if it is your fist time coming in for this service or if it has been OVER 6 MONTHS since your last follow-up visit.

Initial visit. Select this option if you are a new patient seeking pelvic floor evaluation and treatment or if you have not attended treatment in OVER 6 months. Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy typically includes internal (vaginal or rectal) assessment. All aspects of evaluation and treatment will be discussed during your visit. It is recommended that you also book two follow up visits, spaced 2 weeks apart, when booking your initial visit.
