Kate is a licensed physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Science with distinction in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University in 2021. After working as a Kinesiologist for 8 months, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.

With a strong foundation in sports and fitness—especially hockey, her lifelong favorite—Kate takes a client-centered approach to care. She creates individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s goals and values, using a combination of advanced exercise prescription, manual therapy, and injury education.
