Kate-Lyn Andrade, RMT, is a dedicated healthcare professional with nearly a decade of experience in therapeutic massage. She graduated from the intensive two-year Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology (OCHT) in Stoney Creek, Ontario, in 2016. As a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Kate-Lyn is committed to delivering evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs.
With a deep passion for movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, Kate-Lyn’s approach integrates Deep Tissue Massage with a strong focus on fascia therapy and functional movement. Her background in Krav Maga and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)—including Jujitsu, boxing, and kickboxing—has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, injury recovery, and performance optimization.
Kate-Lyn has worked extensively with athletes and active individuals, assisting them in recovering from injuries, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical resilience. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach, empowering individuals to move, function, and feel their best through targeted therapeutic techniques and personalized treatment plans.

This 30 Min treatment focuses on the face and neck using Bamboo sticks. This treatment is fantastic for those suffering from migraines or sinus issues. You can request DoTerra essential oils (EasyAir/AirX arerecommended). Coconut oil is automatically used. Cerave moisturizer cream is also used as a hydrating cream.
