This deeply restorative treatment combines the power of Colon Hydrotherapy with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to support full-body detoxification, regulation, and release. Designed to calm the nervous system and comprehensively open the body’s primary drainage pathways, this session helps organs communicate and eliminate more efficiently. The treatment begins with gentle, mindful lymphatic drainage and abdominal fascial work to improve parasympathetic tone and internal pressure dynamics, better allowing the gut, liver, spleen, and other detox organs to eliminate. Once the body’s internal drainage pathways are open, a therapeutic colonic session follows to flush accumulated waste, pathogens, and toxins safely. By integrating these two therapies, both mechanical and energetic stagnation in the gut–brain axis are addressed. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded. Session Environment This session is intended to be largely silent. Silence supports optimal autonomic nervous system regulation, allowing your metabolic, lymphatic, and detoxification systems to respond more effectively. Talking activates the sympathetic branch of the nervous system, which can downregulate drainage and detox capacity. You are always welcome to share information as needed during your treatment; however, Cassandra’s work is most effective when received in silence.
