Kate completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Raised in Vernon, she is connected to the Okanagan community and is passionate about supporting people in a way that feels comfortable, collaborative, and grounded in their own goals.
Kate prioritizes patient comfort above all else and is committed to truly meeting people where they are at physically, emotionally, and in their readiness for change. She values a thorough, whole‑body assessment and believes that meaningful progress happens when patients feel safe and heard. Her approach incorporates evidence‑based practice into every stage of care, using a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, education, and therapeutic exercise.
Outside the clinic, Kate enjoys skiing, hiking, soccer, mountain biking, pickleball, and is an avid gym‑goer. Having experienced her own share of sport‑related injuries, she understands the desire to return to the activities that bring joy and meaning. Whether someone is managing a new injury, navigating persistent pain, or working toward performance goals, Kate is committed to creating a comfortable environment where patients feel supported and involved every step of the way.
