Please contact the clinic to book an initial appointment. This session is for existing patients only. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction while encompassing whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues and the dural tube that surround the central nervous system, in turn restoring the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Treatment for all patients is done fully clothed and lasts for one hour.
