This is a specific treatment to focus on the TMJ (temporal mandibular joint). This treatment may include intra-oral massage working specifically on the internal muscles of the mouth that may be causing pain or dysfunction in the jaw. The outer muscles will also be addressed. This treatment can be quite tender, make sure to inform your practitioner if your discomfort is too much.

60 mins of reflexology with Brooke followed by a foot and lower leg massage then 20 mins upstairs in our infrared tunnel. Fully clothed in the healing warmth of infrared heat. Sauna is ground laying.
