Kate is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic. She has experience with many modalities of massage and believes self care is for every body.
Weekend and weekday warriors alike will find comfort with Kate, she has a safe, inclusive professional massage space designed to soothe the mind and body.
Her treatments ease stress, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, addiction recovery and muscle soreness. For those who already feel fantastic, she invites you to find out how she can help you stay on track.
Away from work Kate lives in our community with her partner and their 3 children. During warmer months Kate can be found camping in Northern Ontario and in the winter, in front of a fire while her family is skiing.
Kate is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.

Please book this appointment if it's your first time getting an IV drip with Dr. Choi. Patients usually start with a 100ml IV bag to see how their body responds. Bigger bags require bloodwork that can be discussed at your initial IV consultation. You're booking an initial IV Therapy appointment.
