This extended duration allows your therapist the time to perform a meticulous, unhurried full-body massage while also applying in-depth, focused therapeutic techniques to several areas of concern. It provides the unique opportunity to address the body as an interconnected system, working through layers of muscle tension and addressing root causes of discomfort. Ideal for a comprehensive overhaul, this session allows for a blend of deep tissue work, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques, ensuring you leave feeling thoroughly addressed and deeply restored.

This session allows for focused treatment on two or three related areas of the body, such as the neck, shoulders, and upper back. It's an effective way to manage ongoing concerns and maintain progress between longer sessions

For those who need a little extra time. This extended session allows for a full-body massage with additional, detailed focus on specific areas of chronic pain, tension, or injury. It provides a more comprehensive approach than a standard 60-minute appointment without the commitment of a 90-minute session.

Our most comprehensive and therapeutic session. The 90-minute appointment is ideal for clients with multiple complex concerns or for those who want a complete full-body treatment combined with significant, in-depth work on persistent problem areas. This extended time allows your therapist to utilize a wider range of techniques to achieve the best possible results.

Therapeutic session focused on assessing and treating soft tissue and joint restrictions. Utilized hands-on techniques including soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve range of motion in the affected areas.

All new patients are required to book an Initial Assessment appointment. This first visit is essential for your RMT to gain a thorough understanding of your health history, primary concerns, and treatment goals. This comprehensive process is mandated by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of B.C. (CCHPBC) and allows us to create a safe and effective treatment plan designed just for you. Please note that the assessment is part of your scheduled appointment time and is followed by hands-on treatment within the same session.
