Prenatal Massage Therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Prenatal Massage is primarily Swedish Massage however we can address specific concerns as they arise. During this Treatment, we will be using the Body Cushion System. This allows you to safely lie face down.
