Katelyn graduated with a three year advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College in 2010. Her treatments focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain and tension relief. Katelyn incorporates various techniques including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy (including Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy).
Katelyn's clients gain relief with their back, neck and shoulder pain, overuse syndromes, scar tissue restrictions, tension headaches as well as pregnancy related aches and pains. Katelyn will work with you to tailor your treatment to your specific needs and goals. She believes that a combination of massage therapy and remedial exercise can greatly improve general wellbeing. She welcomes new clients and is available Wednesday to Saturday.
