Katelyn has been practicing massage therapy in a clinical setting since 2019. She is originally from Calgary and moved to Kelowna in 2011 to attend UBCO where she completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree. She then enrolled in RMT school at the Vancouver Career College and successfully completed the CMTBC board exams. Katelyn enjoys helping and educating every type of person about the importance of self-care and maintaining a balanced, healthy, active lifestyle. She believes everyone deserves to live an active and adventurous life without stress and pain.
Katelyn performs therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, IASTM/scraping, sports therapy, prenatal, TMJ, and treats every age group. Along with having a Human Kinetics background, she also has a background in group fitness. If you have any questions about stretches/exercises she would be happy to help you out!
In her spare time, you can find Katelyn hiking, snowshoeing and paddle boarding with her rescue dog Teddy, skiing, in a spin class, and checking out some local breweries and wineries!
