I graduated from the University of Alberta with my MSc in Physical Therapy after completing my BSc in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. I grew up a competitive dancer and throughout my education I worked as a trainer with varsity basketball and rugby teams inspiring me to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
My treatment style places an emphasis on education and exercise, complemented by manual therapy. When treating I use a patient-centered, collaborative approach to ensure each treatment plan is specific to the individual. I want to support and empower my patients through their recovery to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of the clinic I work with the Edmonton Pandas U18 AAA hockey team and teach the occasional dance class back in my hometown of Calgary. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, dancing, and going on adventures.

This Clinical Pilates session uses the Pilates Reformer in conjunction with physiotherapy to retrain the deep core stabilizing muscles to treat and prevent various injuries.
Clinical Pilates focuses on the retraining and recruitment of the deep core stabilizing muscles and is used in conjunction with physiotherapy as a means of treating a variety of injuries. The pilates reformer is a specialized piece of equipment that uses springs for assistance and resistance to achieve proper muscle length and strength.
