Katherine is grateful to call the Okanagan home, having lived in this beautiful region for most of her life. A graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, her lifelong interest in the human body drives her commitment to continuous learning and integrating relevant and updated research into her practice.

With a safe, caring, and professional approach, Katherine blends a variety of techniques—myofascial, neuromuscular, fascial fitness, Swedish, and deep tissue—into personalized treatments tailored for everyone from the young to the experienced young at heart. She incorporates rehabilitative exercises, including stretching, strengthening, postural awareness, and encourages self-focus of the nervous system to promote positive change with your activities of daily living. Katherine’s passion for health lends support to reach toward your goals of optimal wellness in self-care, recovery or injury prevention.
