*Online booking is released a month at a time. Next month's schedule is released around the middle of the current month. Those who have had an appointment in the last two months are sent an email when the schedule is posted.
*There is a cancellation policy, if your appointment is cancelled without enough time for it to be filled there will be a cancellation charge up to the full appointment.
*If it's 24 hours before your appointment, please cancel if:
-You are sick/symptomatic.
-You have not been symptom-free for a full 48 hours following illness.
-Someone in your home has recently become sick or started showing symptoms in the last 48 hours, as you may unknowingly be spreading illness.

Katherine is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy Program from Vancouver Career College. Her personal experience of the benefits of massage on chronic injury drew her to practicing massage therapy and helping a variety of people with their personal health goals.
Her treatment style includes myofascial release and trigger point therapy blended with relaxing Swedish techniques to get the most out of each appointment. She has also taken additional training in hot stone therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) which she likes to incorporate into treatments to make them even more effective.
Katherine feels that it's very important that patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatments and homecare so that they are empowered and in control as much as possible throughout their healing process. Outside of the treatment room she enjoys adventuring outdoors with her dog.
