Katherine received her massage therapy education at Mount Royal University. She also has a bachelor of science in natural resources management and conservation science from the University of Northern BC. She was a trail builder for Alberta Parks for 5 years, so she knows the kind of treatment that hard-working bodies need!
Katherine is currently enrolled in her fourth year at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver, so her style fascia release is informed by the osteopathic approach.

Hands‑on scar tissue therapy for scars (C‑section, post‑orthopedic, surgical, car‑accident injuries, etc.). This is with a therapist with extended scar‑treatment training using focused soft‑tissue techniques to improve mobility, reduce adhesions and support healing.
