Katherine is a Registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She enjoys working closely with clients and finds it especially rewarding to support them through injury rehabilitation and their return to confident, functional movement.
Katherine’s academic journey also includes studying abroad in Australia, where she completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy. This experience deepened her understanding of evidence-based rehabilitation, movement analysis, and active treatment approaches. Her background allows her to take a holistic, exercise-focused approach to care, tailoring programs to each individual’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
She is passionate about ongoing learning and believes in empowering clients through education and active rehabilitation to support long-term health and function.
In her free time, Katherine enjoys trying new cafes and restaurants, staying active, and exploring new ways to move.
