Katheryn has been practicing since 2015 and brings an extensive sporting background to her massage therapy practice, having worked with multiple professional and amateur athletes. In addition to many years of experience as a registered massage therapist in the Ottawa region, Katheryn is an ultrarunner, mountain biker, CrossFit athlete and operates a successful run coaching business. Katheryn understands the demands of sport and life on the human body and is well positioned to treat athletes and clients across a broad range.
