Kathleen Odumeru
Kathleen (Kat) was drawn to the physiotherapy profession by her passion for promoting overall well-being. Kat's treatments aim to reduce pain and promote healing through manual therapy, targeted exercises, and modalities such as interferential current therapy, ultrasound and infra red heating therapy. Kat treats patients of all ages with a large variety of conditions. She holds advanced certification and has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of vestibular conditions that cause vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance.

She is a graduate of McMaster University’s Master of Science in Physiotherapy Program. Prior to studying physiotherapy, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph.
She keeps up to date on the most effective and evidence based treatment options, and is committed to continuing her education by taking various professional development courses. When not practicing physiotherapy, Kat enjoys maintaining a balanced lifestyle through yoga, running, snowboarding, gymnastics, baking healthy treats, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Initial exam is for new Physiotherapy patients
An extended Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy treatment (for existing patients). Subsequent pelvic floor therapy visit includes ongoing treatment based on the initial assessment, with progression of exercises, education, and symptom management as appropriate.
Initial exam is for new Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy patients. This appointment includes a comprehensive evaluation of pelvic floor concerns, which may involve discussion of symptoms, posture and movement assessment, and external and/or internal examination as appropriate. A personalized treatment plan will be developed.
30 minutes Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy treatment (for existing patients). Subsequent pelvic floor therapy visit includes ongoing treatment based on the initial assessment, with progression of exercises, education, and symptom management as appropriate.
New injury/complaint or it has been more than 1 year (for existing patients)
Follow up treatment (for existing patients)
Follow up treatment (for existing patients) for Vestibular Physiotherapy (VRT). Subsequent visit includes individualized treatment based on the initial assessment to address dizziness, balance, and functional mobility.
Initial exam is for new patients for Vestibular Physiotherapy. This appointment includes a comprehensive vestibular and balance assessment to evaluate dizziness, vertigo, and balance concerns. Temporary dizziness may occur following the evaluation; clients may wish to arrange transportation as driving afterward may not be recommended.
