Fluent in French and adept at managing patient intake, scheduling, and medical records, Kathleen works to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and healthcare teams.

Committed to helping patients feel seen and understood, Kathleen strives to make every interaction respectful and supportive throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new hiking trails, and experimenting with cooking new recipes—a balance that keeps her energized and curious both on and off the clock.
