Acupuncture needles are used to help treat musculoskeletal problems. Use this only after having an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment.

Needles are used to help release muscle tension that leads to pain, restricted range of motion and weakness. This treatment is available to those who have had an Initial Assessment for that body part in the past 6 months and discussed this with their Physiotherapist.

We will take a detailed history and perform a detailed physical exam. Once this is complete we will make sure you understand the nature of the problem and your treatment care plan.

Treatment of your injury following the initial assessment.

For new patients or a new problem. We will take a detailed history and perform a physical exam. Once this is complete, you will understand the nature of the problem, as well as what treatments would be most beneficial, including home exercises, to aid in your recovery. This also includes your first treatment.

Choose this option ONLY if you have already had an initial assessment for that body part in the past 6 months. This treatment may include dry-needling, medical acupuncture, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription or other treatments to aid in your recovery.
