Kathryn earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2015. Since graduating, she has pursued extensive continuing education, including certifications in Anatomical Acupuncture, Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health therapy.
In 2019, Kathryn completed the Graduate Certificate in Orthopedic and Manipulative Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. She is a proud Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), a designation reflecting advanced training in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques.
Kathryn takes an individualized, client-centered approach to care—whether she's helping someone return to their sport or simply move through daily life with less pain. She is passionate about empowering her clients to reach their physical goals through evidence-based, hands-on treatment and movement strategies.
Outside the clinic, Kathryn stays active by jogging and playing ultimate frisbee. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her husband and their three kids.
