Kathy is exceptional at connecting with clients who appreciate efficient and straightforward communication.
She is passionate about solving complex pelvic health cases and has effectively treated issues like pelvic organ prolapse, painful bladder syndrome, vaginismus/dyspareunia, and anal-rectal disorders such as post-cancer and pelvic floor dyssynergia.
Kathy is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario since 1996 and she is also a certified Pilates instructor. She is currently a teaching assistant for Pelvic Health Solutions, a company that trains Pelvic Health Physiotherapists.
She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) and the Women’s Health division of CPA.
Her passion is to treat her clients holistically to improve their overall wellness. When not working, she will spend her time with her two vibrant kids playing tennis, biking, making robots and trying out new recipes.

Enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air with your baby, with other moms in the community! Our 6-week class series consists of exercises targeted towards post-partum individuals. Classes are held at the Cornell Community Park. When registering for these classes, please ensure that you register yourself for the entirety of the 6-weeks ($162 for the series).
