A Thorough assessment for patients with Lymphedema is done before any treatment is preformed. At this appointment a detailed health history will be taken along with full measurements to give us a guide for the treatment plan. Bandaging and future garmenting will be discussed as part of plan.

This 90min class will go over the importance of touch and how infant massage can help with bonding, sleep, relaxation and physical discomfort. Learning to massage your infant will give you the freedom and confidence to help your baby at any time of the day or night.

Expectant parents will learn how to ease physical tension, reduce pain, and create a calming, supportive environment during labor. The class will include hands on practice and how to use touch to enhance the birth experience.
