Katrina Jahner, RMT
I grew up in the Lower Mainland where I attended the 3 year (3000 hour) RMT program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. I began my practice in 2004, and I worked at the same clinic in Langley until I moved to Armstrong in 2019 to join the Creekside team.
My intense training has given me a well rounded understanding of anatomy, physiology, assessment, and manual techniques. I have taken many continuing education courses over the years, which include deep tissue therapy, CoAT (course of applied tensegrity), and hot stone massage. I tend to be a deep tissue therapist and have seen and treated patients with a wide variety of ailments such as headache, postural dysfunction, piriformis syndrome and all types of injuries from sports to MVA's
My main treatment goal is to use all of my education and experience to create the best treatment plan for you and get you back to moving in your optimal health.
