With five years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I have cultivated a deep passion for the art of lymphatic drainage and facial massage. My journey into Massage Therapy began with the desire to help others reconnect to their bodies & find relief from the stresses of daily life. Alongside my practice I am also a dedicated yoga & pilates teacher, integrating the principles of mindfulness and movement into my holistic approach to healing.

Finishing with grounding touch & light massage at the end of each practice to secure a mind-body connection. Mat, blocks & bolsters provided.
