[@Kay_RMT](https://instagram.com/kay_RMT) is a trauma-informed, disability-inclusive RMT who approaches treatments with curiosity and listening through her fingertips. Her goal is to have patients better tuned and _in-tune_ with their body’s _tendencies_ and how they _hold stress in the tissues_. Using a combination of assessments, observations, listening, and neuromuscular techniques, she hopes to help patients release tension layer by layer.
Outside of the clinic, Kay likes to travel, game, and play Pokemon TCG in between strength training and dancing.

Dre has been a massage therapist for 11 years now and over time she has spent in her practice she has cultivated a mechanics based treatment style to alleviate pain and restore function back into the body. Moving away from a traditional oil based massage, her clinical based treatments include a full body assessment on posture and movement, with a special focus on the spinal organ to integrate the nervous system with the rest of the body. She has years of experience working with conditions like: acute and chronic herniated discs, migraines, bloating, indigestion, carpal tunnel syndrome, rib ailments, TMD. Dre also has a lot of experience and special interest in working with female pelvic health issues and pre and postnatal treatments.
