Hi, I am Kayla
A Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for pain management and helping people get back to the life they love.
With over three and a half years of hands-on experience, I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, but I also have a deep appreciation for relaxation, prenatal, and jadestone treatments. I truly love what I do, witnessing real, lasting results in my clients is what drives me.
About two years ago, I took my first RAPID Neurofascial Reset course and instantly fell in love with the technique. Since then, I’ve become a RAPID Specialist and have helped countless clients overcome chronic pain, nerve impingements, and stubborn conditions that have affected their quality of life. I often work with people at their worst - whether it’s debilitating pain or limited mobility and I take pride in helping them find relief and return to doing what they love most.
My clientele ranges from children to athletes, and everything in between. No matter who walks through my door, my focus is always the same: providing individualized care that delivers real, measurable progress.

For treating pain & discomfort in a different way than massage. This way we target adhesions that are not allowing full movement within the tissues that may be causing some pain & discomfort. By using friction, scraping and cupping therapy we can change the way that you recover. You may add a 15 or 30 minute RAPID NFR treatment to this appointment for better & longer lasting results. If you have recently had surgery and cannot lay on your stomach this treatment is best for you.
