Welcome! I’m Kaylee, a dedicated practitioner and coach with a lifelong passion for human performance and spiritual wellness. My journey began as a competitive soccer player, earning a university scholarship while completing a degree in Physical Education. This foundation in movement and sport led me to become a competitive CrossFit athlete, and now, I’m exploring the world of Jiu-Jitsu.
My professional path has been deeply influenced by my passion for understanding the human body and helping others live out their passions while feeling comfortable in their skin—injury and pain-free. As a registered acupuncturist, manual osteopathic practitioner, strength and conditioning coach, and nutrition coach, I bring a comprehensive approach to healing and performance. My mission is to educate and empower my patients, encouraging them to take an active role in their healing journey.
In my practice, I believe in looking at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My treatments are multi-faceted, focusing on calming the nervous system and incorporating hands-on bodywork to address physical imbalances. By addressing the emotional and spiritual aspects of health, I strive to create lasting change and promote true healing.
