Kayon is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has several years experience in massage for rehabilitation, pain management and relaxation. She has a systematic approach to practice with the goal of helping clients manage discomfort and improve movement and energy. With a strong interest in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) she is continuously learning and integrating her new knowledge into practice.
Outside of work she enjoys staying active through weight lifting, yoga, Pilates, swimming, and reading books.
