Kaytia Kostersky graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Masters of Physical Therapy following her Bachelors of Kinesiology. She enjoys meeting and working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and works to ensure an individualistic approach based on the clients needs. Kaytia loves seeing clients achieve their goals and always brings lots of energy to each appointment.
Aside from physiotherapy, Kaytia has a long standing background in dance as she has been training since early childhood and has been teaching dance to children of all ages for over a decade. She is also a certified instructor in multiple styles of dance. This background in movement allows Kaytia to understand how the body is connected and to see the whole picture in clients. She has a keen interest in working with dancers of all ages in rehabilitation of sports injuries as well as pre-habilitation to ensure proper body mechanics and avoid injuries in the future.
Outside of the clinic, you can see Kaytia riding her bike around town, reading books in a coffee shop or of course, teaching a dance class!
