Hello there!
My full name is Kassandra Roy but I go by KC. I am fortunate enough to have been practicing physiotherapy for over five years. Born and raised in a small town in Manitoba, I grew up playing sports and attending physical therapy for different injuries. In these years I developed a passion for sport, understanding the human body, and motivating people to move their bodies in meaningful ways.
I graduated with a masters of Physical Therapy at the university of Maniotba in 2018, after completing a bachelors of Kinesiology at the university of Winnipeg in 2016. My career began in Manitoba in a private clinic before moving out west. Three years ago I moved to the South Okanagan and have not looked back since!

This assessment will range from 45 min to an hour. The initial assessment will consist of a thorough history, biomechanical/movement analysis, goal setting, the creation of a comprehensive treatment plan as well as a first treatment.

Treatment will be 20-30 minutes and may include modalities such as soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, exercise prescription, education and IMS (intramuscular stimulation/dry needling).
