I chose a career in massage therapy because I wanted to help people who struggle with chronic pain, anxiety, and stress. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward improved health and well-being, and I find it rewarding to help them feel more comfortable, capable, and confident in their daily lives.
Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is at the core of my practice. I believe that trust, comfort, and open communication are essential to effective treatment, and I strive to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my profession is seeing clients experience the benefits of massage therapy and return to doing the activities they enjoy most. Whether that means getting back to work, sports, hobbies, or simply feeling better day to day, I enjoy helping people move toward their goals and improve their quality of life.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, connecting with nature, hiking, swimming, and exploring everything the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria area have to offer. I value an active lifestyle and appreciate the important connection between movement, nature, and overall health.
