I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in August 2024. With a focus on myofascial and Swedish techniques, I provide deep tissue massage to help relieve tension and promote healing. I have particular experience in treating neck and jaw pain, and I’m passionate about helping people resolve aches and injuries to improve their overall well-being. I’m excited to bring my skills to clients and support their journey to better health.

This is a 60 minute prenatal massage therapy session that aims to help alleviate aches and strains associated with pregnancy and to enhance the wellbeing of expectant mothers.
