SaveKeith has 25+ years working as a therapist with adults, youth, families, and couples. As a general practitioner, he is familiar with a wide range of issues that people face. He has specialized interest in working with mountain trauma, ethical non-monogomy, tantra, and metabolic health.
Keith takes a holistic approach to wellbeing that includes cognitive, emotional, and somatic modalities. He operates with the knowledge that each person is perfect in their human imperfections based on their unique life experience. The journey toward greater self-acceptance supports the practice of growth to improve ones’ personal life and relationships.
