With over 20 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating with Honours from Algonquin College, I’ve had the privilege of building a loyal clientele while honing my craft. My post-diploma training focuses on all things parenthood: Pre- and Post-Natal Massage, Labour Support, Child and Infant Massage Instruction, and even collaborating with local IBCLCs for minor lactation support training. I’ve attended both hospital and home births and helped clients recover post-surgical interventions with care and expertise.
On the teaching side, I’ve supervised at Algonquin College’s student clinics, guiding future RMTs in orthopedic assessment, remedial exercise, and treatment planning.
My philosophy? It’s simple: healthy muscular movement is the goal. But this is a team effort! You’re the one living in your body, so I’ll always make sure you’re part of the plan—from assessment to treatment to ongoing care. Let’s work together to keep you moving and feeling your best!
